Made to Order Meals
Our seasonally-driven menu starts with fresh ingredients grown in our region and transforms them into simple meals for our customers to enjoy in our store or to take with them on their adventures. Local produce availability guides our offerings, so visit us often to get a new taste of the season!
- BREAKFAST BURRITO: eggs, black beans, spinach, potatoes, onions, cheddar, salsa, and cilantro wrapped in a flour tortilla and grilled for a hot, hearty meal any time of day
- *VEGAN BREAKFAST BURRITO: roasted potatoes and onions, black beans, housemade veggie sausage, pimento sauce, spinach, salsa, and cilantro
- *GRANOLA BOWL: housemade granola, yogurt, and seasonal fruit to start your day or rev up your afternoon
- PIG & FIG SANDWICH: Thompson Farm bacon, local apples, fresh arugula, Sweetwater Valley sharp white cheddar, and mustard-balsamic roasted onion & fig compote all sandwiched together on Tellico Grains’ sourdough and toasted
- APPLE CARROT QUESADILLA: a refreshing mix of carrots, apple, monterey jack, sheep’s milk cheese, toasted pecans, and fresh mint grilled in a flour tortilla
- *BEANS AND GREENS: locally-grown collard greens served with a bowl of seasoned pinto beans, and a slice of our fresh, buttermilk cornbread
- *CHIPOTLE MOLE SWEET POTATO BURRITO: a filling of roasted sweet potatoes, pinto beans, sauteed kale, and chipotle mole, rolled up with lime onions, toasted pumpkin seeds, and our housemade cilantro pesto
- SUNBURST SANDWICH: cold smoked trout spread with pickled beets on harry’s toasted rye bread
- FANCY GRILLED CHEESE: whatever combination strikes our fancy. served with a simple side salad

- SOUP OF THE DAY: a cup or bowl of our seasonally-inspired soup. served with buttermilk cornbread

Anything gluten free on the menu?
Several of our menu items are naturally gluten-free and we can substitute a gluten-free tortilla for any meals served on those.
If you have a severe allergy, we cannot guarantee that there won’t be minor cross-contamination because our space is small and we are using gluten products constantly!
